Saturday notes

raining since last night..
makes Saturday morning breezy and cool..
some appointments got canceled..
some rescheduled..
not a prob to me..
it’s very seldom to get this kind of Saturday..

i enjoy it very much
and still enjoying..

good day, everyone! i just can’t wait to reach PD..

another day..

.. have to go through before we reach tomorrow!

my body starts aching.. either from the previous viral thing or from working hazard..

as a dentist, working hazard is something you can’t be afraid of.. it’ll happen.. tak byk, sikit.. hehe..

1) my middle finger.. the PIP joint?? klau tk silap anatomy.. has a little bit pain now when i grab things.. so, can imagine how ‘difficult’ i feel when i have to do scaling to pts with heavy calculus.. and to compliment myself, i just purchased 3 brand new scaler tips yesterday… yeayy..tk sabar nyee nk guna

2) my backache.. well.. tu dah biasa.. just have to remind myself to sit straight.. watch my posture.. dont over bend!

3) my left hand.. since i’m lefthanded, i’ll use it when my right hand ‘had enough’.. so, if the left hand aches too.. than i should read that as ’surrender’!! both ‘had enough’!!

solutions: watch my meals, drink milk, exercise.. and good rest!

so, tomorrow.. my appointment will stop at 12noon.. and another way to wind up is..

1st KATA :)

as usual when the kids came home around 10pm every Wednesday, they’ll be hungry and tired..
i’ll be ready with some snacks for supper..
there’ll be their walid reporting what happened..
how playful they were.. not serious.. laughing..

but not last night..

when there was no call.. asking me to prepare something to eat..
they rushed in.. energetically..
showed me their new skills.. new steps..
the name: Taigyoku shodan!!
their first kata!! yeayy..

wahhh… how proud i was to see that..
how amazed to see their small feet and hands demonstrating the right way of punching and kicking!..
and the steps Harith showed..
with cute uniform.. mama jatuh cinta!!
(err.. walid jgn marah kalau mama terlebih2 lak describe!!.. hehe).. )

my case note.. ;)

started on Thursday night when we went to kkadiea’s house with D24 (d durian!!).. we found out that lill’ Alliy, Addruce and Zara have been vomitting.. hurmm.. nothing crossed my mind.. salah makan la tu..

after we attacked D24.. we went home that late midnight.. Haydar started to vomit day after that..

the whole Saturday, no sign of improvement.. we brought him to clinic.. owwhh.. just a swollen tonsil without fever.. said the doctor..

back from there, he started to have diarrhea.. and me.. start having nauseatic feeling..

i was supposed to attend my dental appointment with Dr linda, which i need badly!! but that whole Sunday i can’t lift up my head at all!! vomitting + diarrhea + fever.. lill’ Haydar was taken care by his walid.. and his condition was maintained..

after diner, when Harith and Humayra suddenly vomitted together, i was sure.. we were attacked again by the ROTAVIRUS!! first time was when we just came back from Japan.. both kids got admitted and later followed by us..

call to kkadiea confirmed that not just that 3 lill’ kids but kkadiea and abg nuar got it too!! hah!!

so, what to do.. drink lots and lots and lots of water.. rest.. sleep.. rest again.. and try to eat mama’s porridge prepared with love

when everybody are almost back on their feet.. my love, my man got it! .. and my staff, kak sal too!! both were given MC.. hurmm.. not fair!! i still have to attend pt that Monday.. with shaky hands while the employees are enjoying their MC at home!! hurmm..

i was relieved actually.. to know that this is all over.. and it was just an infection.. i always had this ‘trauma’ about vomitting since all my pregnancy i had to deal with this same type of feeling for not 1 day.. but 5 months.. all day long.. non stop..!! those with the same experience will understand me..

and for kaksal, my staff.. she’s still vomits.. no diarrhea though.. i hope and i pray, it’s not ROTAVIRUS but symptoms that will cheer her up! she’s been waiting to have her own child for 11 years already.. the love she showed to my kids really touched my heart.. dont tell her to ’sabar’.. she is.. go get the UPT done, kaksal!!

i’ll seriously look into vaccination after this.. seriously..

the ‘fishy’ things above all this is.. how come nobody escaped from this infection……

……. except mine and kkdiea’s maids???

hurmm..

but the name of virus.. which attacked us all.. started by Haydar.. followed by me.. Harith and Humayra together.. lastly, it got our man, my husband..

our 2nd time, actually..

will go for vaccination after this..

guilty??

guilt..
that’s what i feel since after i issued his bridge..
it’s not ‘that’ bad..
but not as what he expected it to be..

nobody to be blamed..
technician did his best..
i did too.. i guess

it’s just the bite.. the crossbite..

and because i made him agree to go for bridge..
makes me feel guilty..

since yesterday, i try not to take any walk-in patients.. except emergency cases..

my lill’ Haydar has become soooooo handful!!
active and fast!
if he set his eye on something interesting to him, he’ll make sure he gets it!! no matter what!!

maybe he is my most active baby compared to abg Harith n sis Mayra.. so, for me it’s challenging enough!!

this 30 minutes for me is heavenly..

no patients, kids at school, fast broadband, my yummy nasi goreng…

and a sleeping lill’ Haydar…

i really unsure from where to start..

.. our success in organizing our first kenduri last Saturday.. 4 in 1.. tahlil, do’a selamat, open house and house warming.. we managed to gather almost 200 guests.. relatives, friends, bosses and new neighbors..

.. how thankful we felt when the catering prepared delicious and super special lontong plus other foods.. credits goes to pak mail n d gang!! roti jala from kak odah too deserves ‘thumbs up’ from us.. thanks to Ibu

.. how happy we are when almost all new neighbors we invited turned up and everybody has the same mission.. to build new Islam community there..that’s a very good start!! a brilliant idea from my dear husband who had to ‘drag’ me from house to house.. to invite them

.. i lost my role as mom that whole day when Harith, Humayra and Haydar suddenly ‘disappeared’ and was managed by others.. i really can’t remember when or how they got feed, dressed.. but i know d kids had wild fun time with their peers the whole day..

.. ouwhh.. what a wonderful weather too..

.. about my mom who came one day before the kenduri, together with paksu n d gang from Dungun.. and was later joined by Pakteh from K Kangsar that night.. the unexpected guests with sweet surprises!!

.. about the simple and special event held last Thursday at DMC headquarters in PD..

.. after solat Asar berjamaah, we had tahlil to dear boss.. my walid .. simple and touched speech from my mom, the chair person.. you did it, mama!!.. how proud i was that evening.. followed by speech from new MD, my bro.. and jamuan raya..

.. and maybe some little notes

.. about our life after the maid got fired just 2 days before the kenduri.. leaving us with great reliefs and peaceful mind..

i got so many things to note down.. about my interesting cases, my kids, my baby, my love.. in short.. about my wonderful life..

so, i switched on d comp last night.. all ready to type.. suddenly my lill’ princess came in.. as she used to (every night now).. asking me to put her to bed….

well.. ok.. i went to her room.. and left my blog on.. went back in as soon as the princess asleep.. and found my big boy took over my place..

tomorrow we’ll be going back to PD again.. for DMC’s Tahlil and Jamuan Raya..

praying for my mom.. she’ll be Given strength to give her speech tomorrow.. the speech she has prepared since last week that causes her to cry every time she has to mention my walid’s name.. n i almost too, mama..

but i know you can do it, mama!! we’ll be there for you..
